By accessing or placing a reservation with Estrales, you confirm that you agree with and are bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, the entire website, and any communication between you and Estrales.

Estrales guarantees the delivery of all services purchased through our website, partner platforms, or authorized agents.
All services depend on weather, sea conditions, and operational factors. For safety reasons, Estrales may modify routes or schedules without prior notice.
To confirm an online reservation, a deposit or full payment is required. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing service details and a mobile voucher.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (secure online gateway)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
All prices published on the website or shared by Estrales are official. Estrales may adjust prices in case of significant changes in fuel or external operating costs.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Client Cancellation
For private tours and boat transfers:
- Up to 24 hours before departure → Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show → Deposit/payment is non-refundable
Estrales Cancellation
Estrales may modify or cancel a service due to:
- Bad or unsafe weather
- Sea conditions
- Technical or operational issues
In these cases, the Client will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The next available date, or
- An alternative tour of similar value.
Safety is always the first priority.
Time schedules are approximate and may be adjusted based on conditions at sea.
Estrales provides Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance in accordance with Croatian law.
Estrales is not liable for:
- Weather conditions beyond our control
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
- Delays caused by traffic, port regulations, or unforeseeable events beyond our control.
Luggage & Personal Items
Clients are responsible for securing their belongings. Any loss or theft must be reported immediately to the crew or local authorities.
Clients provide personal data (name, phone, email) solely for the purpose of completing reservations, communication, and service delivery. Estrales does not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or necessary for service execution.

If you are not satisfied with the service, submit a complaint within 7 days of the service date.
Refunds may be approved when part of the service was not delivered or was provided below standard. Refund amount corresponds to the value of the undelivered service.
